Happy Holidays!

Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday season.  Even though the holidays should be festive and fun – don’t forget that the laws, restrictions and regulations that applied all year long still apply at company parties and events.  My firm published this article that serves as a great reminder about holiday liability and the interplay between the law and holiday decorations, holiday religious accommodations and holiday parties.  ‘Tis the season.
