I have talked all about social media and employment law in various posts this past year. There are so many, I am not even going to link to them all. It has almost become the equivalent to a passim in a brief.
Instead, I have put together a “catch-all” video (well, as catch-all as I can be in four minutes and ten seconds) that runs through what companies need to know when it comes to social media. I thought a video would be helpful because it gets right to the point when sometimes it is easy to get bogged down in the details and lose sight of the big picture. Enjoy.
